Midwest Sewing & Vacuum has been a family owned business for over 65 years. We carry a wide range of sewing machines made by Bernina, Bernina Long Arms, Baby Lock, Janome and Handi Quilter. We also carry Pure Heat Heaters, Air Cleaners, Riccar and Simplicity vacuums along with the commercial brand CleanMaxx. A vast array of notions, accessories and furniture to fit any sewing machine are always on display on the showroom floor. We also carry vacuum bags, belts and parts to fit almost any model. We stand behind all products we sell and service. Unlike the big box stores, we are here for you long after the sell.  

Kenneth Heinrich purchased Midwest Sewing & Vacuum in 1955. Kenneth always put the customer first. His motto was "the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten." Kenneth left his legacy to his wife Dixie and their son in 2010. Their son, Troy Heinrich, became the sole owner in 2018. To this day, Kenneth and Dixie's commitment to customer service and the promise that we stand by the products we sell remain a priority at Midwest Sewing & Vacuum.
